Appointments 

All grooming is by appointment only.

Please arrive and collect your dog on time! Late arrivals may result in a shortened groom or rescheduling with full charge. 

Cancellations require at least 48 hours notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged 100% of the groom.

Matted coats 

Matted coats will require being clipped short for the welfare and comfort of the dog.

Clipping a coat short can result in minor skin irritation, redness or minor nicks. 

Sometimes there are hidden skin conditions beneath the matting which I will inform you of.  Matted ears can make the dog shake it's head from the sudden rush of blood to the skin sometimes resulting in a haematoma. 

Payment

Payment is due at collection.

I accept Cash or card payments. Bank transfers before or at collection please.

Health and Welfare

Owners must inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, behavioural issues or recent surgeries.

Senior dogs are groomed with extra care and their comfort and wellbeing always comes first.

If I feel grooming will cause undue stress or harm, I reserve the right to stop the groom.

Fleas

If fleas are found during grooming a flea shampoo will be used and an additional charge will apply. This is due to me having to flea bomb and deep clean the salon after their groom. If you are aware of your dog having fleas please don't bring them to me until they have been treated.

Puppies

Puppies must have had their full course vaccinations before their first appointment.

Puppy grooms are focused on gentle introduction and positive experiences. I will discuss with you when I feel they are ready for their first full groom and it won't be before I feel they are ready.
